To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPC Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to €100 or the equivalent in your local currency.

Data Processing

By using our Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in ourPrivacy Policy. For business customers, a separate Data Processing Agreement is available.

Termination

You may stop using our Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, these Terms remain in effect for completed transactions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France for EU users and Delaware for US users, without regard to conflict of law principles.
